| The present DVD-ROM drive on the market, only provide two pair of laser power to different reflex light intensity. Beside, the DVD-ROM drive use the FE signal to compensate the axial wobble (CD:±500μm, DVD:±300μm) which are caused by the rotating disk. The gain signal of the plant will be corrected during the automatic adjustment procedure when the DVD-ROM drive is starting. Considering of the less research on this aspect at present in our Country , the thesis for Optimization Studies on digital DVD Focus Controller , in order to further understanding the inner working theory of Focusing , and improved more the tolerance of the axial wobble which are caused by the rotating disk.The thesis established a Servo Controlling Experimentation Flat ,which based on the mechanism,driving unit and optics unit of primary DVD-ROM. At last, we designed the Focus controller which used the Phase lag-lead arithmetic. By testing, further validate the feasibility and validity of this Controller. On technology,orient-motor-controlled DSP chip TMS320F2812 is used instead of Single Chip Micyoco (SCM), which improved the integration degree,operation speed and the level of control. |
