Nowadays, in China Mobile, a great deal of equipments and other resources are distributed over a large area. The reassignment and check of these resources is really a difficult work. The RFID technology brought a long-distance, dynamic and real-time network resources management solution, accordingly the intelligent management system improves the utilization rate of resource and reduce the cost. But at the same time, it brought a problem which is integration between the RFID application and other information systems.According to the development of RFID technology in the network resource management, this thesis analyzed and established an integrated platform model of resource management system which was based on SOA and RFID technology. In this model, the RFID middleware encapsulated the multi-dimensional view of the network resources, and provided the service interface with the semantic event encapsulation. It realized the loose-coupling integration on the SOA architecture. The popularization and application of this system model will not only improve the level of resources management of China Mobile but also reduce the cost of the maintenance.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, it established an integrated platform model of resource management system which was based on SOA and RFID technology. Secondly, it brought the multi-dimensional view technology and the viewpoint of semantic event encapsulation into this integrated platform model. At last, it used RBAC (Role-based Access Control) mechanism in this system flexibly.
