Research And Realization Of Collaborative Network Security Defense Mechanism

With the development of network technology, the world is in an epoch of information. Because of the open character of network application, network security is an important problem to be solved at the present. Next generation protocol - IPv6 brings both opportunity and challenge to security construction.The researches on network security focus on network monitoring and security protection. Security audit, intrusion detection are the primary monitoring technologies, firewall is key-tech of network protection, SNMP is an efficient way for network management. How to conquer the difficulty of large traffic in real environment, integrate various methods to construct a security defense system is a hard task.The first part of this paper expresses the background and status of collaborative network security defense mechanism. This paper analyzes Internet security deeply, researches on security technologies and collaborative technologies. It proposes collaborative security region scheme, actualize different control inside and outside the regions, designs and realizes two key technologies in the scheme: resource collaboration, security linkage. Actual application experiment has taken to prove the validity of the scheme. At last, the work of this paper is summarized, and figures out some improved measures and pointed out the direction in the future.
