With the fast development of technology and industry, many common establishments are tying to top-quality power supply, such as high buildings, hospital, factory and so on. There would be fatal accident or big economic loss if the power supply interrupted. Once the power supply is interrupted, the high-quality Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) would supply electronic power for those establishments. So it is important for us to research and develop high-quality UPS.Firstly, it is necessary to do some research of the application and development of UPS of all the world now, and Basing on the knowledge of the technology of inverter switch power and the analysis of basic circuit topology. By doing the detailed analysis of RTOS basing on DSP, it is feasible that the application of RTOS basing on DSP in the control system of UPS. It is easy to accomplish the whole UPS project according to UPS's technical target.After analysis in theory and simulation, this paper gives the design of hardware circuit. It contains power supply circuit of DSP, reset circuit of DSP, the sampling circuit of different signal and the RS232 communication circuit. And all the circuit passed the hardware debugging. For the base of control system, the next step is to transplant the uC/OS-Ⅱon DSP chip, TMS320F2812.In this paper, there is a compare of two different method of PFC control system on theroy and in simulation, that adopting the classical PI arithmetic with the feedback structure is one way, and adopting the classical PI arithmetic with the structure contain feedback and forward is the other one. To the control of INV, the method of classical PI arithmetic with the feedback structure is adopted.In fact, the hardware core of control system is DSP chip, and the software basic of control system is uC/OS-Ⅱ.Based on this, the paper divides the whole control system into different parts according to its function.The task of PFC controller, inverter controller and the phase-lock controller in inverter controller are the mostly part of this paper. All the controllers are implemented in C program language for the convenience of program design and update. Both on simulation and experiments can tell us that, It is no problem to do the real-time control of PFC and INV that based on the integrate of DSP and uC/OS-Ⅱ.From the waves and datum of experiments, the conclusion is that by adopting the classical PI arithmetic with the structure contain both feedback and forward the PFC would gain more perfect performance, and by adopting the classical PI arithmetic with the feedback structure the performance of INV is good enough to match the requirement.
