Traditional IP multicast technology requires the multicast function of all route nodes in network,but only partial route nodes have multicast function in realistic network,so traditional IP multicast technology can not be applied widely in realistic network. Multicast Overlay Network technology regards those nodes which have multicast function in network as Multicast Overlay Network,and found core multicast data distributive tree,the members of group are connected with core multicast tree according to some rules. Multicast Overlay Network technology is able to carry out multicast session in Partial-multicast Network,and can transport data with high efficiency. So there is important significance in research on Multicast Overlay Network technology in the theory and the practice.Due to there isn't Many-to-many Multicast Routing algorithm which based on Multicast Overlay Network at present, a multi-constraint Many-to-many Multicast Routing algorithm which based on Multicast Overlay Network was proposed using fuzzy set theory in this article. This algorithm's pivotal ideas are listed as follows: Fuzzy set method is used to make multi-constraint become single-constraint solving the multi-constraint problems; Source-specific multicast tree method were use to found"core tree"and get better"core tree"; Multicast receivers are connected with Multicast group through connecting with handy"core tree"and get better connect path.In order to confirm the effectiveness of algorithm, a platform was constructed to test it, and the experiment of the algorithm effectiveness was carried on. Experimental results and analyses indicated that: this algorithm carry out better multi-constraint Many-to-many multicast routing on Partial-multicast Network; The time complexity of this algorithm is low, and it live up to the especial request in response time.
