The main content of this article is using the computer technology, the picture processing technology and the digital signal processing technology to carry on the non- contact automatic survey to the three-dimensional subject surface. In view of the characteristics of present three dimensional modeling with long processing cycle, poor precision and quality, it proposed a set of complete three dimensional human bodies outlines survey method. Its goal lies in the simplification of the entire three dimensional modeling processes which can produce the high accuracy repeatability, guaranteed quality modeling methods in the very short time. Along with the computer graph image technology, the computer-aided design technology and the multimedia technologies widely apply in each area, the three dimensional scanner take an important part in the industry, the national defense, the medicine, the film and television industry, the game entertainment industry, the advertising industry and so onThis article discussed mainly about the design, realization and experiment of 3-D scans system. In the process of systematic design the tool the ROSE from the IBM Company has adopt, using UML language in the systematic population and the function module design. The entire design process has implemented the software engineering thought. The coding has basically realized the high cohesion, low coupling. In system realization process considering the system the operand quite is big, used C++ language, which the operating efficiency is high. Has done the Mathematical model realization in code, the acceleration of the unwrap algorithm, completed the system demarcation process and the experimental result OpenGL demonstration. In experimental process, has designed three kinds of experiments in view of the system application process in major targets or quotas and has guaranteed the system survey scope, the precision, as well as usability.This article is based on a large number of the inner and foreign papers. In these essays, we can see the latest breakthroughs in many aspects of this technology. This paper scattered all aspects of the latest papers together and formed a set of completed, availability and true three-dimensional data collection methods. The experiments show this method is simple to candle and rapid to response and with reliability data and so on. It is a set of usable three-dimensional measurement method.
