So we need a new signal which have enough more bits. Gallo TVM430 signal is a digital encoding signal which has more information and 27 bits. The paper will study to send and demodulate the signal TVM430. Meanwhile using MATLAB to simulate the sending and demodulating signal, and design an offline analyzing system in C++ Builder.Using the offline analyzing system can research the TVM430 signal demodulation. Because the system has no real-time requirement so we can use kinds of manual process to demodulate the signal, study the demodulation steps and look over the data. Use this system can validate arithmetic whether they are validity and usability. Using this system also can confirm whether there are errors between the sending processes, and ensure the malfunction and interference and can maintain the equipment in time.This paper realizes the arithmetic of encode and demodulation.
