Dispatcher Training Simulator(DTS) simulates real power system by computer technology to improve dispatcher's ability. Dynamic Simulation of DTS is very important because it can more really simulate the dynamic process of power system which has operation or fault. There are many interior models in the model library of Dynamic Simulation. But going with the power system's development, many new excitor models, PSS models, turtine models, governor models and boiler models appear. It's not satisfied to increase new interior models in model library. Furthermore openness is a basic characteristic of DTS. So it is very important to constitute a very high efficient, convenient and universal tool for users who can set up new models by themselves. So the User-defined modeling(UDM) in Dynamic Simulation of DTS is conceived.At first, the principle of DTS and Dynamic Simulation is introduced. Based on this, a new graphic method of UDM in Dynamic Simuation of DTS is provided detailly. The basic principle and realization in program of UDM are discussed. And it is discussed detailly how to realize UDM in Dynamic Simulation which use simultaneity solve method. The simulation results of Dynamic Simulation in Hainan Power System show that the precision and speedibility of UDM is satisfying.
