With fast development of mobile computing technique, mobile applications bring great challenge to traditional database management system. In traditional database management system, data is assumed to remain constant unless it is explicitly modified. Location property of moving objects change continuously with time elapse, so capturing continuous movement of moving objects entail performing very frequent updates to database, which is not fit for practical applications. Consequently, Moving Objects Spatio-Temporal database management system is put forward.Moving Objects Spatio-Temporal database indicates a kind of database which mainly represent and deal with location property and other related information of moving objects. Moving Objects Spatio-Temporal data model is the kernel of Moving Objects Spatio-Temporal database, it is the basis of other database components, such as spatial temporal query and index. The main task of spatio-temporal data modeling is to define data types, operations and relations between them, and how to represent moving objects is its core problem. Furthermore, the locations of moving objects are inherently imprecise. Consequently, the model should deal with the uncertainty, and provide spatio-temporal operations with respect to uncertainty.The abstract model is defined by using second order signature, including abstract data types and operations. Based on the abstract model, discrete model is brought forward. In the discrete model, on the one hand, Hermite interpolation is used to simulate the trajectory of history unit, which reduce the uncertainty of history query. On the other hand, linear function is used to simulate trajectory of current unit, which support future query. Furthermore, the uncertainty of current unit is analyzed, and spatio-temporal operations are extended to deal with uncertainty. Finally, architecture of the prototype is provided, the implementation of kernel data structure is given, the algorithms of history query and future query with uncertainty are analyzed.
