With the development of intercourse between the scientific research and cooperation of the researchers, it is urgent to create a Virtual Organization, which could enhance the cooperation of the researchers in different fields and locations. And the computer network and virtual instrument technologies could bring it to effect.Nowadays, the Online-Experiment platforms were usually implemented by Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and provided experiments by stateless Web Service. But it's inevitable to be confronted with the state problems during the experiment procedure. The Web Service Resource Framework (WSRF) is then proposed to resolve the state problems. Moreover, a state transition management interface is designed to manage the state machine that is caused by intermedial state transition on the basis of WSRF.In light of the classification of the experiments, the parameters of batch experiments and sensor experiments are defined as state resources, and their experimental services are transferred to state services in terms of the WSRF specification. For the interactive experiments, which have some intermedial states, the state transition management interfaces are employed to manage the state transition. The state machine model is adopted to describe the intermedial state transition in the state management interface, which includes a series of methods of the construction and access of a state table. Then some experimental services are developed by using GT4 java toolkits. Furthermore, the experiment broker is reconstructed and a data persistence layer is added between the logic layer and the relation database. Meanwhile, the web application layer is implemented by MVC framework, which distinguishes application layer and logic layer and enhances the maintainability and robustness of the broker.Finally, a pressure test is carried out to test the performance of the experiment service invoking, and results under different conditions are analyzed statistically, followed by the achievement of the confidence interval of the response time. The implemented experiment service based on WSRF resolves the state problems of Online-Experiment and leads the development of the experiment platform to the Grid.
