With the development of electric power electronics technology, control technology, network technology and computer technology, the servo driving system acquires the unprecedented development opportunity. The servo controller has applied digital technology instead of analog technology. The digital controller has the advantage of accuracy, reliability and agility, which takes AC servo system a change to all-digital control, intelligent and small.The technology of Bus interface in servo driving system is studied detail in the thesis. The high-efficient CAN interface based on DeviceNet Protocol is designed. According to standard communications protocol specifications, the basic principle and design scheme are investigated. The concept and software design of fragment message are discussed mainly. Combining with the requirement and characteristics of general servo system, the hardware and software interface design scheme based on this CAN Bus are developed. A double CPU structure of SCM+DSP is adopted in this fieldbus interface.DSP completes high real-time servo control,and SCM completes low real-time management task,which guarantees this system design has good currencility and practicability.Through experiment results verification, the servo system with network interface could be connected to standard industrial network by serial communications links. This network interface can complete normal communication function and the current movement status can be reflected to the monitor.The scheme could simplify the application system structure and show the better performance in the aspects of operation, adjusting.In this paper, the developing trend of field bus technology and AC servo system is presented firstly. Secondly, the total design scheme of field bus interface in AC servo driving system is introduced. Thirdly, two kinds software designs of application layer based on CAN Bus interface are developed, and the debug platforms and experimental results are displayed well . Lastly, the conclusion is made and future work is suggested.
