Due to the demand from VIP customer and the increase of net operation quality, it is crucial for telecommunication departments to offer more precise service to customers. At present, a major part of time of Network Element is offered by internal timers. Because of the various qualities of internal timers, the Network Element time will get different from the standard time after a period of operating. In that case, regular and irregular adjustments on the system internal timers are needed. Therefore, it is beneficial for network maintenance work to study time synchronization network engineering construction and application.This paper offers an overall study on the effect on time synchronization network engineering by the following factors: the choice of time source equipment selection, the inspection of time precision reference point, the selection of time transmission protocol, time synchronization network node internal clock selection, as well as time transmission load bearing network. Based on key technology of time synchronization, engineering design is modeled and simulated in order to produce various types of time synchronization network as required by various internet services.In the paper, the findings of time synchronization network engineering are made on a practical basis and integrated with actual net services. As a result, those are valuable to the enhancement of telecommunication network and the maintenance of foundation work.
