The Design And Implementation Of The Thought Exchanging System Based On ASP .NET

While the human race is stepping into an information era with rapid development of high technology, the PLA are now speeding up the information construction of the armies. Recently, the officers and the soldiers face multi-cultural impact, especially the new challenges for the ideological and political workers posed by the psychological characteristics of young officers and soldiers. It is very important to think deeply how to deal with these new psychological problems and how to undertake better ideological and political works. The traditional methods of ideological and political works include: conversation, investigation, observing, finding out information from indirect sources, emphasizing on peculiar persons and problems, etc.. These out of dated ways have caused the channels of information-getting so narrow and passive with low efficiency that we often look for reasons after things have gone wrong. So they are not appropriate for the new requirements of the ideological and political works for officers and soldiers in the information era.This research aims to build on the ASP.NET-based platform on communication of thoughts for officers and soldiers to construct a system consisting of announcements reviewing, news reporting, mail managing and online talking and provide a recommending algorithm of work methods based on collaborative filtering. This has realized communication of thoughts from passive understanding to real-time active dialogue and the change ways of communicating from 1 vs. 1 to 1 vs. many, many vs. 1 or many vs. many.The main contents are: the technology of network system development based on ASP.NET2.0, the technology of data transferring via networks, online communication system, and the recommending algorithm of work methods based on collaborative filtering. The three-tier system based on ASP.NET is used to divide the system into four modules as login and registration, users and roles management, online communication and short message management. And object-oriented and scalable ASP.NET development environment and powerful SQL Server2005 database management are chosen to realize the above-mentioned functions.
