In the imaging segmentation, the minimum error is a better method because of simple and having good result for small target with more yawp. For aerial target, it is a better method to segment image. But its calculation is large and it will spend large time to segment image. This text makes use of Genetic Algorithms that is simple, fleetness, stability to reduce the calculation and increase its function. The minimum error that be improved not only inherits the advantage of the originally minimum error, but also overcomes it's originally possessed of weakness, the calculation have the big decrease. The result of experiment shows that Genetic Algorithms can reduce the 50% of calculation. It cans completely satisfy the accuracy and speed's request of real-time system , having a good Application foreground.
