The clearing management of business is realized in B / S mode in the system, which is completed relatively. Managers can do all kinds of operations from the Web pages, including obtaining and saving different information, and synchronization mechanism informs the upper of the update form the lower, which ensures the data and information correct and enhances the efficiency.The status of clearing of the business is told first in this article and in terms of the demands for the new business and technology, then the design target of the system and a new set of resolution about the clearing system is suggested. Firstly, what key technologies are is told ,including the Petri net and Workflow theory in business application as well as the ASP.NET2.0, 3-layer-structure, Web Service and role-based access control, and how they are realized is researched, the system are finished at last. In the Clearing System, there are workflows of business between the headquarter and subordinates, so the theory of Petri net is used in workflow ;The system is developed by the technology of asp.net2.0 and the program language is c#; To make sure the data is complete and correct and limit different users at the different operations of data, the role-based access control technology highlights the security of the system ;Some business is relevant to other systems, and web service realizes the connection between the clearing system and other systems; To make sure the data updated is informed between headquarter and subordinate in time, synchronization mechanism based on the XML technology ensures the update between the headquarter and subordinates.A comprehensive clearing system is established in the thesis, which can achieve the design requirements and functional indices.
