The development of measurement technology is closely related to the development of human society. In recent decades, the rapid development of science and technology, in particular the extensive use of computer technology has created a new measuring technology-image measurement technology. Image-based measurement techniques, involving optoelectronics, computer image processing, laser technology and other subjects of modern measurement method, which integrates optical, mechanical, electrical, and control technology, is an integrated measurement system. The measurement system, in accordance with the measurement tools and with the measured part of the contacts can be divided into contact and non-contact two categories. Traditional contact measurement in practical applications in the limited measurement accuracy and real-time difference for the shortcomings, it is difficult to meet the production site measurement accuracy , reliability and real-time requirements. Non-contact measurement method as a new measurement method has its advantages, which use image technology, the measured object detection and image as a means of transmitting information, extracted from the image useful information can be obtained parameters measured.At present, a large number of domestic concern about image-based non-contact measurement research. However, in the course of the study encountered a lot of problems. This paper focus on the image-based strain measurement system in a study of the issue, including a few basic elements: (1) image-based package design strain measurement system, including hardware and software systems. (2) analysis of data cyclical fluctuations in the cause of the problem. (3) Data cyclical fluctuations in the solution to the problem.For over several aspects of the research work, the paper made the following arrangements: (1) first introduced in the second chapter image measurement and strain measurement system-related content , including Digital Image imaging , image measurement, sub-pixel positioning, materials strain Measuring four major areas.
