With continuous developing of communication technology and the complexity its environment, traditional communication Countermeasures are hard to meet the necessity of communication counterwork in future wars. To adapt to the complex electromagnetic circumstance and diversiform kinds of signal modulating, the paperinvestigated a new telecommunication counterwork system-------the blindreconnaissance and blind interference system. Comparing to traditional methods of telecommunication counterwork, this technique can make reconnaissance with all kinds of signal modulating without any priori knowledge, and work skipping all the processes of parameters measurement and analysis. It can construct signals with maximum relativity to the original signal, thus forms the efficient interference of the communication signal.The paper set up the model system of blind reconnaissance and blind interference system, and brought forward detailed realization of blind reconnaissance system. In the implementation, a signal is decomposed into IMFs via EMD. Then IMFs are denoised. And the instantaneous signaling parameters are extracted via HHT. At last, signal feature extraction and feature matching are implemented separately via SVD and neural network. The simulation results prove that the blind reconnaissance system can make reconnaissance with MASK,MFSK,MPSK and QAM, and identify the hiding location with high identification.
