| Aimed at The design efficiency and design quality of typical feed structures of a reflector antenna, the digitization of modularized design of typical feed structures was developed, through analyzing the traditional modularized design methods of mechanical products. In terms of the modeling characteristics of feed structures, the database of parametric models and parametric process plans of typical parts has been established. Based on the developing of Pro/E and the implementing of Pro/INTRALINK, the modularized design software platform of typical feed structures of a reflector antenna was developed. The characteristic parametric modeling technology and the rapid assembling technology based on assembly characteristics was adopted, and the basic modules based on fixed templates was used too, the modularized design of feed structures of a reflector antenna finally has been completed. Because of the generalization of this software platform, it can be widely applied to the modularized design of other mechanical products. |
