Data Mining Technique Applied In The Meteorological Data

It is an era of the information in the 21st century. With the extensive application of the Internert and facing the fact of bursting data ,data mining has been put forward and applied in many fields .Data mining is a technique devote to analyze and understand large source data and reveal knowledge hidden in the data.It withdraws the customer interesting rules from the database,such as patterns and characteristics.It has been viewed as an important evolution in information processing.At first,this thesis studies on the theories,techniques and the research directions of data mining, association rules mining, spatial data mining and series data mining.Main researchs involve the technique of the association rules mining,some kinds of common use association rule mining algorithms are discussed respectively.The essential processes of SDM are studied and several types of SDM rules in mining are discussed. We also research the time series and series patterns mining,analysis tendencies and similarity of the time series, study the mining algorithms of the time series. The charaters of meteorological data and the advantages of algorithms of spatial association rules and time series association rules have been proposed which aimed at the meteorological data of shannxi province,through the analysis of the two algorithms and specific experiment,it is shown that the algorithms in this papar are effective and feasible.
