This paper studies on the decision tree algorithm and its application of market segmentation. With data mining technology and data mining market segmentation to deal with customer demand analysis,further more to find the market demand for subdivision law. It is important to discover new market opportunities and develop new market opportunities. Under their own advantages, they concentrate efforts to meet specific market needs and formulate an effective marketing strategy. Through market segmentation, they select a target market, and in accordance with the characteristics of the market to develop marketing strategies accordingly. It is useful to improve the competitiveness of a enterprise.To follow target market,the enterprise concentrate on human, financial and material resources to achieve the maximum economic benefits.
