This article took the aircraft-borne laser communications system as a background, analyzed and summarized the physical and optical characteristic of sea light scattering channel, elaborated Monte Carlo method simulating photon which transmits in the multiple scattering medium, established the light pulse transmission model of the aircraft-borne sea laser communications system, studied the time expansion of signal light pulse, analyzed and simulated the receive profile on the receive surface.This article has carried on the multi-diameter description to the sea channel, based on Monte Carlo simulation of sea channel, has studied the frequency selectivity declination because of the channel multi-diameters to the correspondence quality influence, analyzed and determined the related band width of sea channel through the computer simulation, proposed the frequency diversity receiving technology in the correspondence application, and has given its performance curve through the computer simulation.
