By using the basic principles and ideas of Artificial Immune System (AIS), designing a novel computer security system is currently a new direction of computer security technology research. Based on artificial immune principles, this paper exploringly studies the computer immune technology.The main contents of this paper includes:Introduction AIS and Computer Immune Technology: According to the prototype of living body's immune system, Artificial Immune System is introduced based on the main function of immune system. A chronological list of Artificial Immune System models and techniques that are found in the literature is showed. Finally, based on the analysis of Artificial Immune System, the development directions and research emphases are discussed.Desing Computer Immune System: Through the research of current computer security systems and biological immune system, according to the immunology principles of bionics, a new type of computer security system-Immunology based System Calls Sequences is presented.Computer Immune Response Principles Research: From the view of removing anomaly information and recovery data, we exploringly study the Computer Immune Response Principles, and propose a simple Computer Immune Response Model. This model shows the principles of biological immune primary response and secondly response, and realizes Computer Immune Response study and memory principles.
