Establishment And Application Of A Networks Information Management Platform For Laboratories

With the development of the high-tech, the testing technique of the lab equipment and data applying are also developed quickly. It is indispensable to realize information management in the lab. How to utilize the web tech and database improving the working efficiency and management level has been becoming gradually an emphasis.High requirement for the safety and mutual quality is put forward for the lab information composition. Then constructing an internet-web information management platform reasonably is the key to realize information webbed. This paper analyzes the character of information management in lab and the requirement of web, and a lab intranet program is proposed based on the school net and current control net-software of the instrument.It is constructed the hardware platform of lab web information management through the Intranet program. The suitable database also is need to manage digital information. The lab database is designed on idea of distributed connections and a data web management system for engineering mechanics lab is built. This system can keep the lab data and relations on server and then solve the problem of sharing resources together and information safety through visiting the database server by B/S model using the multi-storey applying software system structure.At the end of this paper, the author discusses the application of the lab web information management system. The result show that the system can improve the lab's professional ability and management efficiency.
