Research And Implementation Of Video Transmission Over Wireless Network

This paper presents the research and implementation of video real-time transmission over wireless network. The paper gives out some better methods for video real-time transmission, compared with former methods. There are three methods, first one is using RTP protocol, which makes sure video real-time transmission; second makes full use of MPEG4 coding characteristic to encapsulate RTP, which can enhance the efficiency, decrease the relativity of MB, and improve decoding. At client, two lists are used to receive video stream, one for receiving stream, the other for transmitting the stream to transform filter. Then, this paper presents two projects, one have two filter graphs, one of which is used for video decoding, the other of which is for audio decoding, the other project have one filter graph, which is used for video and audio decoding. At last, compared the two projects, we can conclude that the project with two filter graphs is better than the project with one filter graph, which is better fit for wireless network.
