With the quick development of internet technology's application, the distributed mode based on web service has been the trend of the technology's development, and the web service is also promoted by the establishment of relevant standard and manufacturer's support. But the simple single web service is showing its flaw in practical need, so we need to combine several web services to achieve a complicated task. Traditionally, to combine several web services client manually choose proper web services accord to need, define the interactive process, and code it forcely. But due to the increasing web services, it is not realistic to combine them manually, even do, the performance is doubt. So we must combine web services dynamically. The dynamical combination of web services is defined as to use program or agent automaticly choose and combine proper web services, and what we should do is only to give a standard description at a higher administrative levels.Thesis first research on the technology and standard of Web Service composition, which present that it is possible to compose the Web Service by using Semantic information. Then, we give a Dynamic Web Service Composition Model using Semantic Web which is named ARTs-WSC and realized by adding semantic description of Web Service and the mechanism of the ontology reasoning. With the following we analyze the composition and technology of the Semantic Web,and give a description language named OWSL which is based on the ontology. At last, we discuss the reasoning based on the ontology.
