3D Laser Color Scanner is a system which can quickly acquire the full-color three dimension data of scanned object through structured light. It relates to such subjects as optics, mechanics, and electronics etc. 3DLCS has much significance on digital image processing and computer graphics. Study on 3D reconstruction from medial images is important to science and worthiness in practical application. The main content I research includes the analysis of system software, 3D acquiring, 3D reconstruction, spread images acquiring and the design of batch running module.Firstly, to the fields of 3D acquiring, the paper systematically concludes the popular 3D acquiring methods. Moreover, we present the prospect of application and enumerate the main technical spots of the 3D acquiring technology.Secondly, we give the framework of our 3DLCS-200, and in the image acquiring module and 3D reconstruction module, we strongly talk about the reconstruction flow, the control ways and flow of scanning.Thirdly, the paper pays deeply attention to the accuracy of 3DLCS, and improves the laser-extracting algorithm by"directional template and curve fitting"method which is based on the algorithm"directional template and multi-frame-average".Fourthly, we present the method for acquiring the spread image in the scanning way by rotation and line-moving. Moreover we give the splicing experimental result for the objects being scanned many times.Finally, we give the implementation procedure of our 3DLCS-200 batch running module which can be used in bullet trace examination.
