The tension technology of prestressed tendon is the key link in construction of prestress. The tension technology of prestressed tendon covered prestressing loss, temperature effect, delivery, assignment process being a complicated nonlinearity force. At present in the field of the civil engineering , tension construction adopts that drives a lifting jack from the oil pump carrying out the pulling force pulling, controlling from numerical piezometer and controlling the construction stretching long value's by manpower measures. This skill of pulling technology is inefficient, whether the pulling process is successful or not, mainly depends on operation of artificial person, also the environment is very worse.We have designed that one kind of the new prestressed tensionequipment--full-automatic prestressed tension instrument, according to thehandicraft of prestressed tension and the demand for prestressed equipment controlling. It can realize the whole autocontrol to prestressed tension process. The workers just need to input the parameter of tension and the control command on touch panel, it can be able to control prestressed tension and the value of stretching. In the tensioning process, prestressed tension and the value of stretching will take a look with figure and stick picture on touching screen. While the wrong situation appears, it will produce acousto-optic warning and stop working immediately. When the tension is over, the machine will generate a report, which can ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the project.Because the objects of stress are different, and the process of stressing is nonlinear and inexact, it can't build up the mathematics model of the precision, and can't attain ideal control result that using the tradition PID controller. The single neuron adaptive PID controller has simple structure, can rectify the PID parameter voluntarily, and has good robustness. The experiment indicates that the single neuron adaptive PID controller can achieve good controlling effect with the accurate degree ranging amongĀ±1%.The thesis is based on refer to a large number of documents of china and foreign countries. Firstly, it introduces the significance of prestressed tension and current situation of this equipment. Secondly, the article have made all-around discussion to several aspects such as systematic design plan, hardware's choosing and connection, the design of program, the control arithmetic of single neuron adaptive PID. Lastly it introduces the way to the problem that reality comes across in project application. The article also introduces the correspondence agreement of PLC and PC. It realized the connection between PLC and PC by VB6.0. The article and introduces the process of making a database and generating the form for report in detail.The instrument has high accuracy, efficiency and can be operated simply. It also can show directly and generate report list automatically. This ensures the safety and accuracy of the building process, which has great theoretical significance and high-applied value.
