Research On Detection Algorithm For ECG Automatic Analytical Software

In recent years, combination of the modern information technology taking computer as subject and modern medical science make automatic diagnosis and analysis of ECG become computer one of the most successful example of application in biomedical field. There are many companies and scientific research institutions of producing the electrocardiograph and software of electric information analysis of heart. The quality of products and software produced by them are very different. The quality of formation the image of ECG and results of automatic analysis and diagnosis are very different. It influences the accurate intensity of the doctor diagnosing the patient, even results in misdiagnosing. So, how to appraise the performance of these electrocardiographs and their diagnostic program of automatic analysis becomes a very important and urgent task.In the beginning, this paper introduces domestic and foreign research situation and meaning of ECG automatic analytical software performance detection method. And then it introduces basic knowledge of electro cardiology, correlative information of ECG automatic analysis system and domestic and foreign ECG algorithms of ECG automatic analytics.It gives us a particular introduction about five detection algorithms. It emphasizes performance evaluating indexes and detection principles of ECG automatic analytical software, and gives a deep studying of detection algorithm for ECG automatic analytical software.Finally it introduces the implement of detection algorithm in ECG automatic analytical software performance detection system, including system framework design and primary functions of the detection system ,construct and design of Chinese clinic ECG file database which supports the detection algorithms, concrete resolutions of interface problem in detection system and specific actualizations of detection algorithm in the detection system.
