With its distinctive performances, the Direct Torque Control (DTC) technique attracts a lot of researchers to study on it, and make improvements in recent years. Now, the AC motor control system with DTC technique is widely used in more and more fields. But most of the power converters of AC motor control system with DTC technique are AC-DC-AC converters, in which the rectifiers are composed of diodes. The wide use of this kind of converters will seriously pollute the power network. Matrix Converter (MC) has some good performances, ages of MC with DTC schemes.In this paper a speed sensorless direct torque control system and control means of AC motor based on matrix converter fed is proposed, at the base of expounding matrix converter and the direct torque control means,both the fusion technology and rotation speed model reference adaptive system is emphasize discussed.The simulation model of main circuit and control circuit of MC-DTC system is constructed with MATLAB/SIMULINK, and lots of simulations are carried out. Simulation results show that accuracy of parameter identification is higher than measurement accuracy of measuring module, and dynamic response is also fast. The system not only can realize the control request of torque and flux linkage as speed or load torque of AC motor changes, but also operates steadily, can actualizes energy bidirectional flow and imports unity power factor.Author used the TMS320LF2407A which is specialized controlling machine, devised a set of experiment equipment on which to implement DTC of the AC motor based on Matrix Converter. The real-time control software is written by assemble language,the research of digital realization and the software design is carried out deeply. This paper researches the digital realization of control system in-depth, and accomplishes the whole progress using a compilation of language successfully. The ideal results have been got and test the feasibility of the proposed method.
