Along with the widespread application of computer design in the many domains, the computer design took one new language, one kind of new media which permeate into the domain of the ceramic design,it already revealed charming of itself. The ceramic design not merely may display on drawing paper, but also may through of the computer modelling to revise the plan as necessary and to hypothesize future ceramics product to suppose the effectin advance, hypothesized in advance will suppose unique glaze coloreffect and so on.This paper combines computer design software3DSMAX wiht the ceramic design, from the design semantics viewpoint, three dimensional software with unique threedimensional language is applied to the ceramic product in the design.The paper in the modelling from 3DSMAX with decorates to elaborate that, how the three dimensional modellinglanguage and the three dimensional decoration language are applide in theceramic design. Obtains through this topic research, may do the design viewpoint for the three dimensional design language rationale, and theinstruction ceramics design, has solved the three dimensional, languagetheory and the practical application question, can realize thecomputer simulation, the design which the ceramics designs. The main body of the ceramics design is the designer, the design concept influences three dimensional language, simultaneously completes the process of the modelling design and in the decoration design through this software, the software also unceasingly is opening up the design thought.The paper combines the design semantics with the three dimensionaldesign software and the ceramics designs and elaborates this viewpoints with specific examples.
