The advanced process control and real time optimization in Petrochemical industry require the process should be modeling. According this background and consider about the components and trait of petroleum, the models about boiling point, critical parameters, vapor-liquid phase equilibrium constant and diffusion coefficients of petroleum are set up in this dissertation, which are based on the real components of petroleum fraction. And the model simulations are conducted as well.Firstly, according to the requirement of the Petrochemical process modeling, plentiful experiment data, and the changing rules of the hydrocarbon boiling point, a new model of group contribution method is developed, which can calculate the boiling point of petroleum component more accurately. Secondly, another model is developed from the former listed one. This new model can estimate the critical parameters based on group contribution method. Every petroleum components in the calculation are directly plus together, this is a straightforward way. And the estimating precision of high boiling point of the hydrocarbons of this model is improved. Thirdly, another group distribution model is developed to conducting 2 and 3 components vapor-liquid phase equilibrium estimation. Compare with UNIFAC model, it has advantages about simple frame and calculating, satisfy the precision demands of advanced process control and real time optimization. At last, according to the formula which to calculate the diffusion coefficients of washy binary solutions, and the rules between diffusion coefficients and solutes during the mass transferring which is described in Vignes equation, a partially theoretical model is deduced. It can predict the coefficients in saturation solution of straight chain alkyl hydrocarbon and benzene. The conclusion of simulation and analysis indicated that, the model which describe the petroleum fraction properties, has simple frame, easy to calculating, better precision, and adaptable in advanced process control and real time optimization process modeling. Its practicability is confirmed.
