Dynamic password authentication system adopts the status authentication form of one key in one time. It is safer than traditional static password. And it has more capacious application future. However, its computing method adding secrets is more difficult. Cause it needs some hardware resource as basic, so its application is limited. This article has improved its computing method adding secrets, and applied it into embedded type system, and also designed embedded dynamic password authentication system. The embedded system has such features: consume less energy, high automation, less response time. The technique of embedded system has developed maturely, and been applied popularly. So embedded dynamic password authentication system can not only protect the user's information, but also make its application more popular.Firstly, this article discussed the theory and the computing method adding secrets of dynamic password authentication system to optimize the time compensation mechanism of system. At the same time, aiming at the RSA algorithm's weakness, such as difficult to compute and need more time to respond, we have improved in the encryption algorithm. So that the users can reduce the number of the cipher key. And the speed of setting up encrypting, deciphering and responding is quicker. Secondly, according to the need of embedded dynamic password authentication system, we have improved the main hardware and selected the suitable hardware. In software, we mainly discussed the system structure of uClinux, and transplanted and cut down it according to its need. At last, we have implored, tested and analyzed the dynamic password authentication system. The experimentation result shows that the embedded dynamic password authentication system discussed in this article can run faster and needs less energy when running in uClinux system than it was before improved. And it still can protect user's information prudently. At the same time it can provide a new way to extend the application of dynamic password authentication technique.
