Research Of Manufacturing Execution System For Reducer Production Based On Group Technology

It makes a more particular plan for the workshops, and the plan describes when a part should be machining by which machine exactly. It is benefit for efficiency work. The data for processing is from MPS (Master Production schedule), and that makes the processing more simple. The functions offered can basically satisfy the users in company nowadays. In the system, the first step is coding for parts by using the JLBM-1 system, and then, grouping the parts according their group codes, at last we fix on producing routes for the parts and make a producing order. It combines SPT (Shortest Processing Time) and GA (Genetic Algorithm) for getting the result of the job shop schedule. With the help of special link lists, the algorithm is more efficient.The system is base on many specialty modules, and it is very convenience for adding more functions needed.
