In order to process aircraft maintenance information automatically, Aircraft Maintenance Information Standardization is brought forward, in which, it's very important to process the aircraft maintenance information in natural language form automatically. For an Aircraft Maintenance Information Standardization System, the precondition is understanding aircraft maintenance information. How to understand, it will be relation to Natural Language Processing. In this paper, the importance is attached to semantic structure parsing, which includes syntax parsing and semantic structure extraction. Because what we face is specific field, the syntax structure is relatively simply, it only involves aircraft maintenance information.In the syntax parsing, we introduced the characteristics of Chinese syntax parsing based on Chinese ambiguity. Furthermore, comparing two methods of natural language parsing, we put forward a rule-based syntax parsing algorithm in this paper. The algorithm is realized by using a list and a dictionary, and eliminates Chinese ambiguity on the basis of context and semantic knowledge. The rules in the algorithm are summarized from linguistics and related corpus. Following the syntax parsing is the semantic structure parsing, which uses domination status of predicate in the sentence to determine the rest semantic components and get the semantic structure finally.Based on the algorithm, an analyzer of semantic structure faced aircraft maintenance information is developed, in which the bottom-up arithmetic and the flow chart of the analyzer were introduced. Finally, some personal thinking was given by the experiment results and its analysis.
