Master-slave UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) half physical integrated simulation system consists of real-time simulation device and notebook computer, which provides the real-time simulation device with graphical interface. They communicate with each other through RS232 serial interface. Based on the simulation system, a realization solution on Master-slave integration and network communication of the real-time simulation device is presented, and the development of software running on the simulation device is taken first. The paper integrates graphical interface function and network communication function into the real-time simulation software. This paper shows the design and software implement of some key graphical display methods, and solves some problems in the implement of graphical interface, then gets the most suitable control implements for different display requirements, and also shows the method for the display and input in Chinese interface, and analyzes the real-time performance of the program as well.According to the TCP/IP model, this paper adopts UDP as transport protocol and the present upload-download communication protocol as the protocol for the application layer, then programs with socket, designs and implements the real-time UDP thread to receive and send data, therefore achieves the requirement for network communication. Finally, the internal loop and independence navigation control laws for sample UAV are chosen, then the half physical real-time simulation experiment is carried out. As a result, the effect of simulation software interface is compared with that of human-machine interface on the notebook computer. The result shows that the simulation software can perform real-time data computing, and also provide user with a believable graphical interface, which achieves the design requirement.
