Force sensor is one of the most extensive sensors in application,and force sensor's researchis very active in most of country. With the emergence of giant magnetostrictive material,peoplehave begun to apply giant magnetostrictive material to the field of sensor. A force sensor can bedeveloped using giant magnetostrictive material,which is based on the piezomagnetic effect.This work is a new attempt in the force field with a giant magnetostrictive rod,and the researchhas a very important practical value.Based on the analysis of the principle of giant magnetostrictive sensor,the sensor signalprocessing system has been designed.First,magnetic structure of the force sensor is designed,in which manual and automaticapplying force device has been designed. Using MCU as a microcontroller,microcontroller'speripheral interface circuits have been designed,including signal amplification circuit,analog todigital conversion interface circuit,LED display interface circuit,determinant keyboard inputinterface circuit and impose force control circuit. This system is able to display the numerical ofimposed force. The paper has designed the software and hardware of the whole system.Secondly,the antijamminghas been designed. Finally,a circuit board has been produced andthe whole system has completed.
