With computer technology has trickled down to all kinds of electronic products, a practical and efficient computer system -- Embedded System continuously display its unique charm. Embedded computer. systems specialized services to specific needs and generally requires with low-cost, lightweight, high performance, high reliability and configurability.This paper is based on the industry's outstanding performance ARM processor (using the ARM7TDMI core, SAMSUNG's S3C44BOX) and the external circuit as the hardware foundation and in a concise kernel-μC/OS-ⅡEmbedded operating system as a building Embedded System platform. The article detailes description of the research process.There are four parts in this paper:The brief introduction is given to the Embedded System, and a detailed introduction is given to architecture and development of Embedded System in part one.In part two, the paper discussed the ARM architecture from user's perspective. In part three, we set up a hardware platform of embedded real-time control system based on ARM7 chip. The hardware takes ARM7 mic-processor S3C44BOX of SumSUNG corporation as its chief chip. According to amend the corresponding Bootloader documents of the hardware, we make it work effectively.At last, the software with the embedded real-time platform has made practical the transplant of the embedded operational systemμC/OS-Ⅱonto the hardware platform thereby ensuring the real-time state of the platform. This thesis has elaborated the transplanting process ofμC/OS-Ⅱon the platform, and has given the transplanting code related to the hardware platform.
