Research On Information Service And Its Security Of Digital Campus Network

With the application of information technology in our nationwide educational system, building the digital campus network has become a major role in the universities. Being regarded as the central nervous system which puts together students, teachers, researchers and administrators, digital campus network has become the foundation of adopting advanced education and management techniques in the universities. Digital campus network has no doubt to be highly valuable in improving teaching and scientific research quality and conditions for all the involved people including students and teachers. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of Huizhou University in the information age, this thesis proposes to build good academic environment by means of information technology, aiming at making a good information construction in campus and setting up a new campus network culture.This thesis introduces the concept of digital campus network, analyzes the requirements for setting up Huizhou University campus network, and compares different networking technologies before implementing the network. This thesis describes the selection of campus network structure especially in terms of practicality, hierarchical structure of the network, the overall design and realization of the system, the third-layer swithing technique, and the network security. Based on the requirements analysis on Huizhou University campus network, this thesis makes an overall introduction to such aspects as logic network design, physical network design, and network services. Universities can effectively utilize the advanced facilities of digital campus network and a large number of information technologies to create a digital campus network with fully shared information and highly efficient management. This thesis has also fully discussed services in digital campus network such as P2P and streaming media.This thesis analyzes the proposed digital campus network scheme and makes a more detailed introduction to the security issue of the digital campus network. Furthermore, this thesis discusses the engineering practice of network security in the digital campus network, which combines RG-SMP, RG-RES, RG-SA and RG-IPS to form initiative defense mechanism for protecting the network system of the campus and also makes a set of omni-directional, effectual network security systems..
