The first generation Direct Broadcasting Satellite (DBS) system of China will soon be established. That is a great affair in the field of satellite communication and TV broadcasting, and what technical scheme shall be employed in the new system has been an important problem.DVB-S2 is the newest digital satellite TV broadcasting standard. It employs the advanced FEC coding secheme of LDPC and BCH; the high order modulation technology of 8PSK, 16APSK, 32APSK; as well as the dynamic control method of VCM and ACM, which offer itself a great improvement in performance and feasibility of application.This thesis has briefly introduced the main characteristic of DVB-S2, and focuses on its FEC coding and modulation technology. The performance of DVB-S2 and relevant equipment has been examined by the test data. After all of these, according to the technical specification and network requirement of ChinaSat-9, the thesis deeply analyzed the link parameter of DBS, and come up with the carrier design scheme based on DVB-S2. |
