In modern electronic warfare, Radar emitter identification is one important function of electronic intelligence reconnaissance system (ELTNT) and electronic support system(ESM). With the rapid development of electronic technology, radar systems and signal modulation format has become increasingly diversified, signal environment has become increasingly complex, the conventional identification methods and theories difficult to meet actual needs and unable to effectively carry out the identification of the radar signal, which has a radar signal recognition to a higher demand.This paper mainly discusses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm in the application of radar emitter identification. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the fuzzy environment, use of fuzzy set theory, and make an overall comprehensive evaluation of the system which constrained by a number of factors of uncertainty, and then make the relevant decision-making process. In daily life and scientific work, we often encounter such problems, such as product quality evaluation of scientific, technological achievements and assessing the adaptability of certain crops, are such issues. Since the aspects of things are inevitably tinged with vague and subjective evaluation, use fuzzy mathematical methods fuzzy comprehensive evaluation decisions the results will be as objective as possible in order to achieve better results.Finally, the simulation system validated the effectiveness of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the radar emitter identification.
