At present, with rapid growth of the quantity of Web sites, the quantity of information and complex of Web sites is rapid growing too. It is ordinary that The Web sites contains Tens of thousands of pages and links . Therefore, there is a lot of difficult for users to browsing Web sites. Especially ,With the development of technology of mobile device and mobile network, the fastest growing community of web users is that of mobile visitors-people who browse the web with wireless devices. but the screen of mobile devices is very small, the capacity of CPU of mobile devices is very limit, the inputs of mobile devices is not convenient as the desktop pc's. So, the Web sites should be adaptive, that can be much better satisfied with users. The foundation of adaptive Web sites is Web data mining. Through analysis the web data, the content and structure of Web sites can be adjusted in time that let the Web sites to be adaptive. The adaptive Web sites is a important topic of designation of Web sites. For the strong recognition, learning, memory capacities and distribution, adaptive capacity, multiplicity of nature immune system. We applies the cluster based on artificial immune to adaptive Web sites in this paper, that the goal is using the strong capacity of processing information and strong capacity of solving problem, especially, the capacity of outstanding auto-adapted, to solve the problem of knowledge updating of adaptive Web sites, and to improve the quality of adaptive Web sites.In this paper, firstly, the necessity and significance of adaptive of the web sites are introduced. Next, technologies of adaptive web are analyzed, the research of natural immune and the artificial immune theories and technology of cluster are introduced and discussed. Then the updated cluster algorithm based on artificial immune is proposed, the experiment of cluster for Web session sets witch proof the algorithm that is very effective. Finally, the methods of adaptive Web navigation object mobile users that through the cluster based on artificial immune is introduced and analyzed.
