The two-dimensional bar code has the high-capacity, the high density, error correction ability strong, the working strength higher characteristic causes the two-dimensional bar code to play the more and more vital role as the information carrier in the information automation domain. Because of the supervelocity, the omni-directional recognition of the QR code (Quick Response Code) , it has rapidly obtained the application promotion in each domain as soon as it passes through appearing on the market. It's specific data compression pattern expressed the Chinese character and the Knaji characteristic suits in our country promotes the use.This article has first analyzed the principle of the QR code coding and carried on in-depth discussion in the recognition, code data analysis, coding rule, error correction, mask and so on coding technologies as well as QR code image pretreatment, recognition, decoding and so on recognition technologies. On this basis, the author designs the class of the QR code generation, editing and printing software. Taking the CAPF equipment management as the background and Rational as the development kit,the author has carried on the multianalysis to the storage management system function, established with demand model and the system model,such as the case class diagram, the activity diagram and the sequence diagram,and has given various functions module detailed design. In database development,this article adopts the way mapped the database from the model,has established the system data form and simplified the design process.Finally, this article has given the Storage Management System composition based on the QR code application.
