The feeble moving target detection , recognition and tracking algorithms under the condition of low signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) are key technologies to extend the acceptance distance of guidance system and enhance the capacity of defense system.The dissertation studied a feeble moving target detection algorithm based on tigling of the detector, the Hough transformation detection algorithms based on the two point combination vote method confirming the parameter of the line are presented, the software simulation and hardware design of the algorithms are given.In the dissertation, chapter one introduces the background and the practical significance of the task studying,and the actuality of the point target detection,the main studying task and the structure arrangement of the paper are given.Chapter two introduces how to deal with original visible light image in advance,and enhance the Signal Noise Ratio.All kinds of line detection methods nowadays are introduced , the usual Hough transform methods are analysed,and all sorts of improved methods are studied. The Hough transform based on the two point combination vote method is given.,and the method of confirming the line's end is given.The basic means of a target detection evaluation is introduced and the simulation result is given.Chapter three deals with the segmentations of the software and hardware of the algorithms, the software and hardware modules are designed. Lastly a simple summarize of the study was made.
