In 1980s, tilter and rocker were equipped. There was no special verifier equipment to verify this kind of swivel table for a long time. A kit of verifier equipment——precision quadrant and measuring workstation was designed for this kind of swivel table. The precision quadrant is special equipment for verifying the precision of tilter and rocker. When the precision quadrant is testing, the measuring workstation will finish the functions of sample, calculation, display, printing and storage and so on. This equipment can be easily read data and operated. This dissertation in detail discussed the whole design course of precision quadrant and measuring workstation, which is from collectivity blue print design to every parts realization, and the resolution for the meeting questions.The dissertation plays emphases on the follows:a) The research of incline measuring circuit;b) The research of the control module in precision quadrant;c) The research of the sample module based on CPLD;d) The programming of data processing.The dissertation has completely the following key technologies:1) Improves the amplitude stability of the carrier waves by applying Wein bridge oscillator for power source, which use JFET to stabilize the amplitude;2) Micro-capacitance detecting ;3) Digital filter.Finally shortcomings of the meter and the preview of the system extension are also provided. Some program code used in design are listed in appendix.
