In the recent years, sending emails becomes one of the most popular communication ways in the human being world. One saves the other's email-address, who connected with him frequently, in his notebook usually. All these notebooks form an online social relationship network. It is useful to realize the formation of the humankind social networks by studying the evolution of the online social networks and also helpful to understand the spreading of the epidemic in social by simulating the epidemic dynamic in these networks. Not only for these intentions, but also for understanding internet itself, the researches are indispensable.Based on the Wang-de email evolution network model, we proposed an initial email network evolution model, and then analyzed the some quantities, like degree distribution, cluster coefficients, evolution with the time. As conclusion, the deleted process plays an important role in the emerging of the scale-free and community properties. We proposed this network model as the substrate networks and played the classical SIR epidemic model in epidemic dynamic. By introducing the rate equation, we gave the condition that the epidemic reach its threshold. In this initial email networks, it could not get across the threshold, so the average epidemic size always localized in a small part at arbitrary spreading probability. Also, we presented the influence of generation and deletion periods in the process of the virus spreading.
