Along with the advancement of the network technology and artificial intelligence, the electronic commerce based on Agent develops fast. In order to get more benifit, Agents in electronic market would come into being coalition in business. However, the utilitiy of coalition is unsatisfactory for consumers, because of the restriction of the tools in coalition formation. Especially in currently, there is not a good example of commerce applications in the realm of electronic commerce. How availably make use of Agent technique in the electronics market, have already become an important direction that scholar together study and discuss of economist and computer researcher.In the Multi-Agent System(MAS as short), coalition based on Agents could be considerd as a process that many Agents with same interest collaborate with each other to complete a task. MAS is a dynamic system, so request the Agent coalition process can adapt the dynamic state variety of the environment. In an organization of human society which is stable and efficient, the member can overhearing others'information needs and answer proactively base on concluding. It is called proactive information delivery. Proactivity refers to the ability to take initiatives, make conscious decisions, and take positive actions to achieve chosen goals. Agents in MAS have the ability of proactive too. And now, some productions have been done in the teamwork. Presently,coalition formation mainly depends on the experience of Agent itself which is suitable for supplying goods unchanged for a long time. Once goods changed, the experiences are of no use. The proactive information delivery could be used in coalition formation when the Agents changed the goods and have no experience. In that way, coalitions would be fomated fast and stable, and the communication of Agents in coalitions will be decreased.The thesis mainly studied in coalition formation according to the proactive information delivery in order to save time and reduce the consume of communication. At first the thesis gives internal and international research present condition and the meaning of the thesis, and related theories support. Follwing describe the structure of Agents in the object-oriented Petri Nets. The module of proactive knowledge obtaining in Agent is particular described. Then the thesis bewrite the coalition formation mechanism based on proactive information delivery. The algorithy and coalition formation strategy based on benefit equilibrium are discussed as well. In the end , the author does the simple emulation experiments to the above-mentioned and analyses the results. The results prove that the time and consume of communication will be reduced in the coalition formation based on proactive information delivery. The end is work summarize and prospect.
