But information asymmetry between clients and consultants may cause the "adverse selection" of the clients and the phenomenon of "the substandard products expel the excellent products" in the management consulting market.The network provides a more convenient and faster way for the clients' information searching and the Management consulting firms' information transfer, and more and more management consulting firms transmit the information of their production to their clients through their websites. However, the content layout of many management consulting firms' websites is irregular. Some websites transmit much information that their clients expect, while other websites transmit nothing. Therefore, the research on the degree of the clients' satisfaction can not only direct the management consulting firms to decrease the asymmetry of clients, but also provide important instruction for the planning and improvement of the websites of the management consulting firms.This article analyzes the information asymmetry between clients and management consulting firms, especially explores the information asymmetry about the overall situation of management industry and the management consulting production when the clients are in the inferior situation in terms of information.Then, based on the factors that the clients concern when they choose management consulting firms and four investigations, this article induces the system composition and weight of the information that the clients expect to get from the websites of the management consulting firms from two aspects: the brand and the production&service.Base on the above analysis, the article designs an aided analysis system with computer technology, which can be used to evaluate information transfer degree of management consulting firms' websites. Last, with this system, the author evaluates 9 management consulting firms' websites, makes comments on their information transfer degree and proposes corresponding suggestions.
