With the development of technology and the increment of need in usage, in the field of official automation and inspection of products' quality, there are requirements of intellectualized,high-speed and high-precision for the system of image testing and identification. In the testing and inspection field, it is required to scan large-area image by the way of high-speed and high precision to improve the efficiency and quality. In the field of products' quality inspection, it is required to test and control the product's quality accurately. If as before, human's eyes executed the quality inspection, the intention could not be achieved. But the system of machine vision can get over these disadvantages, improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of production.On the base of development trend and actual application requirement in the field of machine vision, this thesis is focused on the research of photoelectric image's two-dimension multi-measurement testing techniques based on linear CCD. The master thesis will include the following main contents:(1) To improve the existing platform, has designed the parallel light source system.(2) Aim at contour extraction, a neighborhood-based statistical coding boundary detection algorithm, which not only can extract profile, also eliminates discrete noise, faster speed.(3) A method for shaft part size detection based on self-division chain code match is proposed according to the characteristics of scanning 2-D image, which has better scalability.(4) Use GPGPU for accelerated image processing operations...
