MC-CDMA (Multi-Carrier Code Division Multiple Access) is one of the key technologies in the next generation. It combines the advantages of OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) and CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access). It can convert the frequency selective channel propagation of the broadband to flat channel of the sub-carrier. So it is focused on in communication field in these years.Channel estimation has attracted widespread attention, and many related algorithms are presented these years, among which pilot symbol aided modulation is a practical channel estimation method in tracking the fast fading channel with low complexity and high accuracy. In this dissertation, we analyze the multi-carrier system, deeply research MC-CDMA system, and also the channel attributes in wireless communication system and various channel models. Channel estimation algorithms based on pilot-symbol is studied. We discuss pilot-symbol patterns and the patterns make effects on the quality of channel estimation in MC-CDMA system. And then, we mainly study different interpolation techniques based on comb pilot pattern. An improved technique based on transform domain processing interpolation channel estimation is proposed. In the end, simulation compares these methods performance.
