Taking integrated navigation system as the object, the integrated navigation system of the SINS and the passive radar is studied mainly. In this paper, an important proof is provided by theory and practice for the integrated navigation system to guide for a long distance independently. The operating principle of the following-up system of the passive radar is simply introduced, and some several commonly -used design schemes are given. Then a electromechanical platform servo following-up system scheme is chosen by comparing, and the parameters of the system are determined by the way of frequency behavior. Finally the process and performance of the system are particularly described. On the base of introduction of the basic principle of SINS, algorithm and mechanics arrangement, the SINS is programmed and studied. To analyse the supposed trajectory, the flight state data generator is designed to generate the simulating input signals and good effect is gained in simulation. In the paper, the vertical channel of the SINS is also specially studied, which emphasis is put on the performance analysis of the second order and the third order damping loop.In the paper, the scheme of information exchange between the SINS and the passive radar is proposed. In the case of the calculation of the angle of the line of sight with SINS information itself and some exterior precognitive information, and the seeker track of the angle, the target can be aimed at by the seeker of passive radar, if the error of SINS is ignored. Then after the passive radar boost-strap, target can be quickly searched. With the foundation of the introduction of the character of the passive radar signal and the algorithm of Kalman Filter, the information fusion scheme of the heterogeneous sensors, the SINS and the passive radar, is presented at the terminal guidance section.
